Pledge 2023

Invest in a Gospel Movement for All Ages

In 2023 we hope to strengthen our existing congregations, build capacity for new ventures, and increase support for our kids and youth ministries. We need your participation to see that happen.

Why pledge?

At Trinity, we seek to make our giving an act of worship and of spiritual formation, done both joyfully and sacrificially. Pledging helps each of us to make a plan for this and also helps the church to estimate total giving for the year.

Is my gift needed?

Yes! Every single gift matters to God and matters to our church family. Your contribution makes a direct impact on real people’s lives across two counties, and allows us not only to continue ministering to one another, but to reach more people and new communities. Click here for our giving and generosity FAQ.

2023 Investment Priorities

1. Relaunching with a New Name: Trinity New Canaan | Darien
1. Relaunching with a New Name: Trinity New Canaan | Darien

After a challenging season resulting from the pandemic and a move to a temporary venue, we are excited to relaunch and rename Trinity Darien this spring. Trinity New Canaan / Darien is moving to Saxe Middle School in New Canaan. The excitement and possibilities of this new location mirror that of originally launching Trinity Darien and we believe the Lord has great plans for this congregation as we reach out to a new community and as we continue to seek and pray for a permanent home (rather than a weekly rental).

2. Cohesive Discipleship from Birth to High School
2. Cohesive Discipleship from Birth to High School

The shift in Scott Tilton’s role to Next Generation Pastor means that we can now focus on the entire journey for a child/student at Trinity, carefully shepherding them through each stage with the goal that, upon graduation, they would move into their next season with thriving and resilient faith.

3. Trinity Youth Staffing
3. Trinity Youth Staffing

We are thrilled to have extended an offer for Josh Felstead to join us as Student Ministry Pastor – Greenwich. Josh currently serves as the Youth Pastor of St. Stephen’s Church in Twickenham UK and will bring to the team over seven years of youth ministry experience, as well as great passion for the Lord. We are currently working with Josh to secure the appropriate visas for him and his wife, Laura, to move to the US (during which time he continues to minister at St. Stephen’s). Please join us in prayer for this process which may take some months.

4. Community Life
4. Community Life

Our long term goal is to provide dedicated Community Life (Pastoral Care & Small Groups) leadership at each Trinity location. This will enable our group leaders to be better supported through increased in-person contact, and for pastoral care needs to be met from within each congregation.

5. Building Capacity for Future Locations
5. Building Capacity for Future Locations

We want to be ready, especially in terms of finances and staffing, for new opportunities which the Lord may lead us toward in the future, whether in the form of additional Trinity congregations, new facilities for existing congregations, or both.
